(KJV) The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.

(KJV) For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.

(KJV) And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.

(KJV) For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
(ASV) For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
(WEB) "All this is for the disobedience of Jacob, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the disobedience of Jacob? Isn't it Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? Aren't they Jerusalem?
(BBE) All this is because of the wrongdoing of Jacob and the sins of the children of Israel. What is the wrongdoing of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?

(CPDV) All this is for the wickedness of Jacob and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the wickedness of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? And what is the loftiness of Judah? Is it not Jerusalem?
(DAR) For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. Whence is the transgression of Jacob? is it not [from] Samaria? And whence are the high places of Judah? are they not [from] Jerusalem?
(DRC) For the wickedness of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the wickedness of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Juda? are they not Jerusalem?
(WBT) For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?

(KJV) Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.
(ASV) Therefore I will make Samaria as a heap of the field, [and] as places for planting vineyards; and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will uncover the foundations thereof.
(WEB) Therefore I will make Samaria like a rubble heap of the field, like places for planting vineyards; and I will pour down its stones into the valley, and I will uncover its foundations.

(DAR) Therefore will I make Samaria as a heap of the field, as plantings of a vineyard; and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will lay bare the foundations thereof.
(DRC) And I will make Samaria as a heap of stones in the field when a vineyard is planted: and I will bring down the stones thereof into the valley, and will lay her foundations bare.
(WBT) Therefore I will make Samaria as a heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down her stones into the valley, and I will lay bare her foundations.
(RV60) Haré, pues, de Samaria montones de ruinas, y tierra para plantar viñas; y derramaré sus piedras por el valle, y descubriré sus cimientos.

(KJV) And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.
(ASV) And all her graven images shall be beaten to pieces, and all her hires shall be burned with fire, and all her idols will I lay desolate; for of the hire of a harlot hath she gathered them, and unto the hire of a harlot shall they return.
(WEB) All her idols will be beaten to pieces, and all her temple gifts will be burned with fire, and all her images I will destroy; for of the hire of a prostitute has she gathered them, and to the hire of a prostitute shall they return."
(BBE) And all her pictured images will be hammered into bits, and all the payments for her loose ways will be burned with fire, and all the images of her gods I will make waste: for with the price of a loose woman she got them together, and as the price of a loose woman will they be given back.
(YLT) And all her graven images are beaten down, And all her gifts are burnt with fire, And all her idols I make a desolation, For, from the hire of a harlot she gathered, and unto the hire of a harlot they return.
(CPDV) And all her graven images will be cut to pieces, and all her rewards will be burned with fire, and I will place all her idols in perdition. For they have been gathered together from the pay of a kept woman, and even to the pay of a kept woman, they will return.
(DAR) And all her graven images shall be beaten to pieces, and all her harlot-gifts shall be burned with fire, and all her idols will I make a desolation; for of the hire of a harlot hath she gathered [them], and to a harlot's hire shall they return.
(DRC) And all her graven things shall be cut in pieces, and all her wages shall be burnt with fire, and I will bring to destruction all her idols: for they were gathered together of the hire of a harlot, and unto the hire of a harlot they shall return.
(WBT) And all her graven images shall be beaten to pieces, and all her hires shall be burned with the fire, and all her idols will I lay desolate: for she gathered it from the hire of a harlot, and they shall return to the hire of a harlot.
(RV60) Y todas sus estatuas serán despedazadas, y todos sus dones serán quemados en fuego, y asolaré todos sus ídolos; porque de dones de rameras los juntó, y a dones de rameras volverán.

(KJV) Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.
(ASV) For this will I lament and wail; I will go stripped and naked; I will make a wailing like the jackals, and a lamentation like the ostriches.

(DRC) Therefore will I lament and howl: I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and a mourning like the ostriches.

(RV60) Por esto lamentaré y aullaré, y andaré despojado y desnudo; haré aullido como de chacales, y lamento como de avestruces.

(KJV) For her wound is incurable; for it is come unto Judah; he is come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
(ASV) For her wounds are incurable; for it is come even unto Judah; it reacheth unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
(WEB) For her wounds are incurable; for it has come even to Judah. It reaches to the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
(BBE) For her wounds may not be made well: for it has come even to Judah, stretching up to the doorway of my people, even to Jerusalem.

(DRC) Because her wound is desperate, because it is come even to Juda, it hath touched the gate of my people even to Jerusalem.
(WBT) For her wound is incurable; for it is come to Judah; he is come to the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
(RV60) Porque su llaga es dolorosa, y llegó hasta Judá; llegó hasta la puerta de mi pueblo, hasta Jerusalén.

(KJV) Declare ye it not at Gath, weep ye not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
(ASV) Tell it not in Gath, weep not at all: at Beth-le-aphrah have I rolled myself in the dust.
(WEB) Don't tell it in Gath. Don't weep at all. At Beth Ophrah I have rolled myself in the dust.
(BBE) Give no word of it in Gath, let there be no weeping at all: at Beth-le-aphrah be rolling in the dust.
(YLT) In Gath tell ye not -- in Acco weep not, In Beth-Aphrah, in dust roll thyself.
(CPDV) Do not be willing to announce it in Gath; may you not lament with tears. In the house of Dust, besprinkle yourselves with dust.
(DAR) Tell it not in Gath, weep not at all; at Beth-le-aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
(DRC) Declare ye it not in Geth, weep ye not with tears: in the house of Dust sprinkle yourselves with dust.
(WBT) Declare ye it not at Gath, weep ye not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
(RV60) No lo digáis en Gat, ni lloréis mucho; revuélcate en el polvo de Bet-le-afra.

(KJV) Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.
(ASV) Pass away, O inhabitant of Shaphir, in nakedness and shame: the inhabitant of Zaanan is not come forth; the wailing of Beth-ezel shall take from you the stay thereof.
(WEB) Pass on, inhabitant of Shaphir, in nakedness and shame. The inhabitant of Zaanan won't come out. The wailing of Beth Ezel will take from you his protection.
(BBE) Be uncovered and go away, you who are living in Shaphir: the one living in Zaanan has not come out of her town; Beth-ezel is taken away from its base, even from its resting-place.
(YLT) Pass over for thee, O inhabitant of Shaphir, Naked one of shame. Not gone out hath the inhabitant of Zaanan, The lamentation of Beth-Ezel doth take from you its standing.
(CPDV) And cross over to your dwelling place, Beauty, bewildered by disgrace. She did not depart, who dwells at the place of departure. The House nearby, which remained firm by herself, will receive mourning from you.
(DAR) Pass away, inhabitress of Shaphir, in nakedness [and] shame. The inhabitress of Zaanan is not come forth for the lamentation of Beth-ezel: he will take from you its shelter.
(DRC) And pass away, O thou that dwellest in the Beautiful place, covered with thy shame: she went not forth that dwelleth in the confines: the House adjoining shall receive mourning from you, which stood by herself.
(WBT) Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame exposed: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Beth-ezel; he shall receive from you his standing.
(RV60) Pásate, oh morador de Safir, desnudo y con vergüenza; el morador de Zaanán no sale; el llanto de Betesel os quitará su apoyo.

(KJV) For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem.
(ASV) For the inhabitant of Maroth waiteth anxiously for good, because evil is come down from Jehovah unto the gate of Jerusalem.

(DRC) For she is become weak unto good that dwelleth in bitterness: for evil is come down from the Lord into the gate of Jerusalem.

(KJV) O thou inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.
(ASV) Bind the chariot to the swift steed, O inhabitant of Lachish: she was the beginning of sin to the daughter of Zion; for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.
(WEB) Harness the chariot to the swift steed, inhabitant of Lachish. She was the beginning of sin to the daughter of Zion; For the transgressions of Israel were found in you.
(BBE) Let the war-carriage be yoked to the quick-running horse, you who are living in Lachish: she was the first cause of sin to the daughter of Zion; for the wrongdoings of Israel were seen in you.
(YLT) Bind the chariot to a swift beast, O inhabitant of Lachish, The beginning of sin [is] she to the daughter of Zion, For in thee have been found the transgressions of Israel.
(CPDV) A tumult of four-horse chariots has stupefied the inhabitants of Lachish. The beginning has been sin for the daughter of Zion, because in you have been found the evil deeds of Israel.
(DAR) Bind the chariot to the swift steed, O inhabitress of Lachish: she was the beginning of sin to the daughter of Zion; for in thee were found the transgressions of Israel.
(DRC) A tumult of chariots hath astonished the inhabitants of Lachis: it is the beginning of sin to the daughter of Sion, for in thee were found the crimes of Israel.
(WBT) O thou inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.
(RV60) Uncid al carro bestias veloces, oh moradores de Laquis, que fuisteis principio de pecado a la hija de Sion; porque en vosotros se hallaron las rebeliones de Israel.

(KJV) Therefore shalt thou give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.
(ASV) Therefore shalt thou give a parting gift to Moresheth-gath: the houses of Achzib shall be a deceitful thing unto the kings of Israel.
(WEB) Therefore you will give a parting gift to Moresheth Gath. The houses of Achzib will be a deceitful thing to the kings of Israel.
(BBE) For this cause give a parting offering to Moresheth-gath: the daughter of Achzib will be a deceit to the king of Israel.
(YLT) Therefore thou givest presents to Moresheth-Gath, The houses of Achzib become a lying thing to the kings of Israel.
(CPDV) Because of this, she will send emissaries to the inheritance of Gath: the house of Lying in order to deceive the kings of Israel.
(DAR) Therefore shalt thou give parting-gifts to Moresheth-Gath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.
(DRC) Therefore shall she send messengers to the inheritance of Geth: the houses of lying to deceive the kings of Israel.
(WBT) Therefore shalt thou give presents to Moresheth-gath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.
(RV60) Por tanto, vosotros daréis dones a Moreset-gat; las casas de Aczib serán para engaño a los reyes de Israel.

(KJV) Yet will I bring an heir unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.
(ASV) I will yet bring unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah, him that shall possess thee: the glory of Israel shall come even unto Adullam.
(WEB) I will yet bring to you, inhabitant of Mareshah. He who is the glory of Israel will come to Adullam.
(BBE) Even now will the taker of your heritage come to you, you who are living in Mareshah: the glory of Israel will come to destruction for ever.
(YLT) Yet the possessor I do bring in to thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah, To Adullam come in doth the honour of Israel.
(CPDV) Nevertheless, I will lead an heir to you, who dwell in Mareshah: the glory of Israel will reach all the way to Adullam.
(DAR) I will yet bring unto thee an heir, O inhabitress of Mareshah; the glory of Israel shall come even unto Adullam.
(DRC) Yet will I bring an heir to thee that dwellest in Maresa: even to Odollam shall the glory of Israel come.
(WBT) Yet will I bring an heir to thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come to Adullam the glory of Israel.
(RV60) Aun os traeré nuevo poseedor, oh moradores de Maresa; la flor de Israel huirá hasta Adulam.

(KJV) Make thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate children; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee.
(ASV) Make thee bald, and cut off thy hair for the children of thy delight: enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee.
(WEB) Shave your heads, and cut off your hair for the children of your delight. Enlarge your baldness like the vulture; for they have gone into captivity from you!
(BBE) Let your head be uncovered and your hair cut off in sorrow for the children of your delight: let the hair be pulled from your head like an eagle's; for they have been taken away from you as prisoners.
(YLT) Make bald and shave, for thy delightful sons, Enlarge thy baldness as an eagle, For they have removed from thee!
(CPDV) Become bald and shaved for your delicate sons. Increase your baldness like the eagle. For they have been carried into captivity from you.
(DAR) Make thee bald, and poll thee for the children of thy delights; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle, for they are gone into captivity from thee.
(DRC) Make thee bald, and be polled for thy delicate children: enlarge thy baldness as the eagle: for they are carried into captivity from thee.
