1: 以色列出了埃及﹐雅各家離開了說洋話之民那時﹐
2: 猶大就成了主的聖所﹐以色列成了他所統治的國。
3: 洋海看見就奔逃﹐約但河也倒流。
4: 大山踴躍如公羊﹐小山蹦跳如羊仔兒。
5: 洋海阿﹐你為甚麼奔逃？約但河阿﹐你為甚麼倒流？
6: 大山哪﹐你為甚麼踴躍如公羊？小山哪﹐你為甚麼蹦跳如羊仔兒？
7: 大地阿﹐你在主面前要打滾；在雅各的上帝面前要舞蹈。
8: 他叫磐石變為水塘﹐叫硬石頭變為水泉。
